In response/revision to the previous post I made, I finally got that fixed, it turned out that I had an incorrect email entered in my registration which made it hard for them to email me. :( I still have some reservations about the speed of response, I emailed them several times from alternate emails as well before I called the webmaster at his number listed. No response, at least could have given me a response stating - We don't know you - or something. In retrospect, be sure to double check your information.
I am upgrading my response from a 1 to 7 for those that are starting to repsond to this.
