It has got to the point now where I'm past caring what this company do with my domain name they registered for me. I bought their hosting/domain registration package on the 17th June $49.95. The name was registered and an account setup the next day as promised on their web site. What they neglect to tell you is that they don't bother sending you any information on how to access your account. I have sent 2 support form requests, and emailed FreeHostingWeb directly, and as of now (2nd July) I haven't had one reply.
Shortly after posting this review, but before it was published, I emailed FreeHostingWebs sales team and got a very quick response. It appears that they had an incorrect email address. Now that I'm up and running, I must admit that I'm very impressed with their service. Theres still a question over why I never got a response from support despite submitting two tickets on their web site, however overall I would like to upgrade my rating to 9. (Updated 15th July)
