he company freehostingweb.com offers freehosting on their server if you pay $49 to have your domain registered or transfered. We payed via PayPal to The DNS was never resolved so our domain name suffered almost 1 months downtime. We tried to resolve the matter with Mr. Beavers but he did very little to do so. Numerous e-mails and phone calls were made, resulting in one call from a man named Bill who assured us that this happens to 1 in 500 people and that they were going to move us to another server and he would call the next day. He never did. When we started demanding service or our money back, all our access to our files were cut off! We have learned that other parties have also had similar problems. By checking the Usenet. The end result for us was that we had to move our domain back to our old domain service at our expense. Prior to the transfer various e-amils and phone calls were made for a status report and no response was given. An e-mail has been sent to Mr. Beavers giving him an opportunity to refund our money and pay for damages resulting from his Companies actions. So far a reply has not beeen received. The company seems to be operating out of Costa Rica A safe haven for Internet Fraud.
