Transferred my personal homepage domain name to them in October 2002 for hosting, and got mediocre service from them at that point but eventually it went through. I just figured it was complications due to my domain name being near expiration, so I gave them another chance with a new business venture website.
I signed up for hosting under the .com name, and just registered the .net and .org names to point to the .com webspace. The domain registration of the .net/.org went through, though their receipt makes no mention of the actual domain name, which makes me worried and suspicious. As for the main .com name, they charged my credit card and then NOTHING happened. After a week they hadn't even registered the domain name. Their phone support line only resulted in a busy signal.
I immediately went to another webhosting/registration site and registered the .com domain name, and then initiated transfer procedures for the other three names I have with them. I only hope that I manage to retreive my domain property from them. Getting my money back as per their so-called "10-day money-back guaranttee" would just be an extra bonus.
Do NOT use this service. From what I've read they used to be good, but changed owners and the new owner has for some strange reason opted to run the business into the ground for a quick buck. (Though I fail to see how they're possibly making a quick buck by ruining a formerly well-reputed web hosting service.)
