Support took 8 days to reply to me concerning the expiration of my domain name. At that time I did not know I had 20 days after the expiration date. I just happened to transfer to this Host a couple of days before it expired. When he did respond, he said he cancelled & was returning my money as requested, when all I said was that if I did not receive a reply within the next day, I was renewing with someone else and enforcing the money back guarantee. Oh yes, he replied only after I sent him a copy of my email to their corporate HQ. 1st was to notify me he cancelled my account and 15 minutes later to explain he submitted it but it would not take so close to the expiration date. He did not even attempt to work it out. Unacceptable support process!
