After a HORRIBLE experience with FeaturePrice.con [sic], I packed up and moved over to GetMeHosted in February. So far, they have been great! Super support - they've responded to ALL questions I've had and have been very polite. So far, so good!

Excellent customer service. Live help right on their website. Have always been polite and expedient with my problems. The only problem that I had was with the registering the domain. It took a couple days longer, but it was during a virus that slowed down the registrar and even though it wasnt their fault, the doubled my bandwidth!! You cant beat that customer service. If you are looking for affordable webhosting, getmehosted.com is a great way to go.

The customer support is excellent. They are quick and friendly and offer extra help on building or installing your website. The service is cheap and there are several options, each with a variety of extras.
The only small problem is very occasionally the servers crash. So far this has happened twice in three months, each time for several hours. So, they don't get 10/10 for reliability, but if you're looking for affordable webspace and the personal touch (after doing the rounds of Geo, Angelfire etc. it is bliss to contact customer support and be able to deal with the same person), go with getmehosted. But not too many! They've already put prices up a little since I joined, hopefully this is not the start of a trend as their popularity grows.

GetMeHosted.com did change some people to one of the servers because of a few problems on a server and everything should run smoothly now.
I will contact you personally and see if we can do anything for you to make up for the couple little problems you had in the past.
(more diskspace or bandwidth.. whatever you need.)
Yes our pricing went up a little because we had to hire more support staff and upgrade servers to better improve our already superb service.
There should be no worries we have no plans to ever change our current pricing!
Plus you are already locked in with the price you joined at as long as you are using our services.
(you will not be charged the new rates.)
