1)Their phone support is ALWAYS either busy or just keeps ringing. 2)They rarely answer email support; I have sent seven support requests in the last two weeks for the same problem not one has been answered. 3)In the last six months global hosting has switched servers and software twice. 4)They make you do the file transfer when they switch. 5)The last switch (why I finally left) took me completely by suprise. My site/email was down over seven days. Global Hosting chose this method rather than keeping the two servers going simultaneously so that my site would remain up. 6)I still have not recovered my email and probably won't.
