I have had a site hosted with this company since mid 2000.
For two years there was absolutely no problem. Raj and Darren were great guys and reliability was wonderful.
With that said, in the last week, we've had our site down on several occasions. More importantly, we've had email down for the last three days with absolutely no fix to this problem as of yet.
I don't know what's gone on over there as of late. However, whoever has hired this Bill guy should think twice about letting him speak to clients. Never in my life have I encountered such a unhelpful and condescending person. On top of the problems encountered by the site being down/loosing emails, try having to deal with customer service that is flat out RUDE.
As for the company, I used to recommend them to friends and colleagues. I WILL NO LONGER DO SO.
In my opinion, I would stay as far away from this firm as possible. We are switching hosting companies.
