The hosting service I believe is making an effort to improve but are truely missing the boat in providing tech support and decent billing/accounting availability.  Honestly, buyer beware...if you put your credit card in their hands don't be surprised if you come up with unexpected charges...it happened to me and I couldn't get an answer as to what they were billing me for! In trying to set up monthly billing I was frustrated by no logical means of knowing they'd be billing me monthly... I saw quarterly billing amounts but no monthly.  Their tech support is supposedly 24/7...I couldn't get an answer for 5 or 6 days via email and then it wasn't the correct answer - there is no human to talk to for support.  My rating is based on trials of 3 different webhosting services that are comparible in prices and services (offered).  My suggestion would be to check back with the company when they understand the importance of customer support.  Then still find out (if you can) how they handle their billing and accounting.  For now though, for both of these questions, I honestly doubt that you'd get an honest answer...if you don't mind waiting 5 days for the answer...then again you'd be talking to the "SALES" department - it might be quicker. I'm sorry Hostsave - Good luck in the future if you decide to appreciate and truely want to help your customers.
