I've had nothing but trouble with this company. Initially, they didn't bill me for months then suddenly, unless I paid up within a week, I was going to be cut off. Thankfully, I paid up and that was that.
Now (and for the last 3 months), I've been unable to access FTP or the control panel. No-one helpful seems to want to reply to my emails.
What a bunch of loosers!
