I've been with Hostsave for a couple years. I didn't notice the credit card on file with them was outdated so I tried to update it online... NOTE: my bill had not been paid for 3 months and never got an email or other notification. After there system would not work correctly and I calling the bank to see if it was my card I tried emailing them. After days of waiting and multiple emails I gave up! They finally replied with the standard email everybody gets... "Thanks for contacting Hostsave blah blah blah, our system is having problems, please fax us your credit card number". NO WAY! That's when I called it a day and canceled my account. I tried and tried to get a phone number so I could just explain to someone what was going on with no luck. Finally 2 weeks later I get a collection agency letter in the mail for Cybergate... Who is Cybergate? I've emailed Hostsave to see if it's them. Think I got a reply? NO!
