I had a few hiccups with the server but nothing remarkable. I had a true 99.whatever% uptime.
I Emailed billing about a credit card # i had on file there and didnt get a reply for almost a month. it was then a form email so i replied and got a response from a person about 2 weeks later.
Ive decided to persue another host (powweb) for 2 reasons.
HostSaves customer service sucks & i needed a new domain name.
