Though the uptime seemed decent and the autoforwarding of mail was nice, I had the following problems while hosting with this company: 1) Some of my customers complained that mail sent to me would bounce for no apparent reason. Customer support gave useless suggestions like, "don't put test in the subject line" and failed to resolve the problem. 2) This hosting company turned off my service without notification. I was sent an email less than 30 days prior that automatic credit card renewal "would not go through" without any indication of when my contract would expire nor any indication that any attempt had been made to bill my credit card.
