I've used this host for more than one website, and referred over 10 people to them. Their control panel is very user friendly. If I ever have had a customer service question, true, they do not have live representatives, but they do answer your queries within 24 hours. I think a lot of you are expecting way too much. The service is only $7.95 a month. We get way more than what we pay for already. I've never had downtime, I have never had a single problem, and I've had sites hosted with them since 1999. Sure, if you were paying some $19.95 or more a month, you could get a live representative, but I don't see why any of that is necessary. I have contacted support, and asked them the most irrelevant questions that had nothing to do with Hostsave, or what they can do for me, and they have directed me to the proper resources. The company is as good as it gets for the price. When my web needs change, and I need more space, or a different kind of service, then I'll move on, but for now, I think they provide a lot of service for the money.
