HostSave makes a number of claims about its responsiveness to its customers. It used to be an excellent site. Now, their support is virtually non-existant - problems go on for weeks without resolution, they make technical changes without testing them, and there are no means to escalate the problem to a resolution. Here is an example of what they don't do -

Your problem requires the attention of our administrators. I have referred your case to them and after they have determined a resolution, I will contact you again.

Apparently the FrontPage extensions on this domain have been corrupted (carverownersclub.com). Security is not working as expected, form handling isn't working, and I can't publish to the web site.
Please manually re-install the FrontPage extensions used by this domain. Do not use this host company for anything more than a simple page - they just can't do it anymore. I've been a customer for more than 5 years.
