I have had my site with them for over a year. 
Three months after I singed up with them, they
migrated their site to a larger server, dumping my website so
I had to totally redo it because it corrupted my site. No apologies,
and a lot of dollars for a web designer later...

Then last month, the final straw! Somehow, a charge card that I only had
registered with their server started to
be used for unauthorized purchases,(it is very possible
that the number was stolen another way beside from the
place it resided on Hostsave--I think they offer secure
service) so I closed the card--which of course they used to
pay my bill.  When the bill became due,
they pulled my account off line over the easter
weekend, never calling me in advance about the billing problem, leaving my
online resume business out of business for four
days before they had the courtesy to reconnect me-
after sending more than 6 frantic email.  No place to
call, no emails back.  These guys promised 24 hour
service when you send them an email.  Don't count on it. They
can't seem to count to 24 (more like 96 hours later)and they send you empty apologies with no recompensense.

I only hope the other stories about them being stinky on
switching domain names is not true.  I am so out of there--
