Needless to say, the fact that I'm posting the company's contact info says I think their customer service/billing practices are worthless. While I, personally, have never had problems with the web site itself, the way they handle billing and their lack of response is pathetic. Good luck accessing their control panel! If they do respond (they did twice),they completely ignore the problem reported and send a "form letter" which does not address the issue at all. I found this info at the Better Business Bureau website, which gives the company an unfavorable rating. I encourage everyone to file a complaint at http://www.bbbsouthland.org/index.html
