In the 3 months I've used them they have charged my credit card for monthly services even though I paid for a *year* in advance. They have not responded to any of the 5 emails I've sent regarding this over the last three weeks. They claim to have 24/7 support and say they will respond to any message within 24 hours. Obviously not true.
Today my site is down along with the mail server. Of course there is no phone number to call and I only got an automated response to my email to tech support.
I don't expect a whole lot for $7.95 a month but I *do* expect Hostsave to provide what it said it would and not rip people off.
I'm considering taking legal action.
No phone number to call and only an automated response from the host.
If you use this host you are basically screwed and have no recourse.
