I have been with Hostsave for far too long. ( Over a year of this stuff...why you may ask? - stupid I guess....also too busy running a business to deal with this until now. ) I have saved every e-mail with every issue I have had with them ranging from their control panel not working at all - which they have admitted to - but havn't fixed...the fact that my site is constantly missing and that since their latest addition of a whole new control panel I can't log in - FTP - or anything to one web address and the other site is not on line at all anymore and I can't access that either.

Of course all of these e-mails and the corresponding responses from Hostsave saved in the overweight folder do me no good.( usually I only receive form letters that make you feel like you are going crazy after you include all the details and get a "Thank you for choosing Hostsave...") Not to mention only 3% of the time should you expect an e-mail ( even form letter ) within 24 hours. NO phone number - nothing!

So now I can't cancel - get a response or a phone number or anything. I finally filed with the BBB and hope someone will actually call and help me escape.

Why do I get the feeling there is just one little creepy guy behind a web site here pulling levers and taking money and doing nothing with the e-mails pouring in. (OZ)

Here is the company's info at the better business bureau - take 5 minutes and file a complaint - this is so ridiculous and I think no service on line should be this negligent and get away with it;
