I thought they were pretty good at first, seemed pretty inexpensive, OK so the email would be unavailable 2-3 days a month, sometimes I couldn't ftp anything to them, the address didn't work. OK, so I finally got my first support response to a problem I reported TWO MONTHS EARLIER! Now my website has been nonexistent on the internet and I have no email access since May 8 (that's 7 days and counting), there is nothing but auto reply support email, no phone number, and worst of all, the site says if you want to cancel, refer to the Account Cancellation FAQs which DO NOT EXIST! I called my credit card company and am disputing my current charge and they gave me a billing phone number which gave me a recorded message with a hostsave email (billing@hostsave.com) but it's not even a company phone number. These guys are scammers! Don't go with them!
