I should have known that when I didn't get any log in information for 3 days I was in for some trouble. And then again when it took them a week to get back to me about problems I was having their email configurations... I couldn't even get an email to be sent from my site's sign up form to my email. They wrote back saying I had my email client configured wrong even though I was getting 'undeliverable'/'host unreachable' messages back when trying to test messages to my mail accounts.
There is no support what-so-ever. If they do reply to you they tell you that you must have something setup wrong or that they are aware of the problem and it will be corrected in 24hrs. 24HRS my butt... The clock they must go must be traveling at the speed of light or something because the last time I checked my watch it was 8 days!!
If you're concerned about monthly prices -- Seriously consider building your own webserver before joining them.
