Well...I have used them for almost 14 months with little problem until I had to renew.
DId not realize my time was due and they did NOT email me my invoice as they said they would.
I went on vacation and found my website gone with that "Unable to Fetch Domain" message.
I paid the renewal the next morning and am STILL down! FOUR DAYS LATER!
I am bugging the crap out of Affinity and its subsidiaries to get them to turn it back on.
I WILL be moving to ICD Soft
