Very good and responsive service, understanding staff - when other hosts would just disconnect the site for extra CPU usage without warning, they went the extra mile... good uptime and speed, really couldn't complain about anything.
By the way the information here is seriously outdated...

Hosting4less offers quick and reliable technical support.
I'm currently using 21 gigs of bandwidth/month and my hosting package includes 30 for only $24.95.
Site has had no downtime in 6 months!
The only minor problem is the control panel. It is not as user friendly as other control panels I have used;however, I'd rather save the money on bandwidth.

i love working with hosting4less.com
ive had my site with them fr 4 years, and have never had any "down time".
their customer service is also great, whenever ive had a question (for example setting up a message board) Eric, the Tech support guy has responded to my questions in a matter of MINUTES.
i highly recomend this company....they also have more than 1 plan...this site needs to be updated

We've been using their basic plan for hosting
a discussion board for about six months. One
90 minute outage and one 20 minute outage in
that time. Very pleased with uptime, speed,
and cost.
