It took almost 3 days to transfer over our existing domain name, but other than that, this transition has been very straightforward. I was able to put our entire site up on the server quickly, set up e-mail accounts (some by web mail, others by pop-server, and others by forwarding to their regular e-mail), set up a mysql database to allow for an interactive calendar, and put up pages programmed in PHP. The only claims I've seen that make me rate them a 9 instead of a 10 are that they have a secure server ("coming soon", but not an issue for us), and that they support C++ programmers (if you create an executable program compatible with RedHat 7.2, only link to standard libraries, and have it accessible through CGI, then I guess they even have that).
I would like to see support for sending over tar files (compressed sites) and uncompressing them on my site, but even without that, I'm highly impressed.
