I have just moved my site to this host. The company I was with formerly is in difficulties, and since I was only paying by the month I thought it would be prudent to move.
After reading through all the reviews for this host I decided to try them out. (I was VERY impressed that a host representative has responded to the (few) negative reviews.)
So far everything has been as promised. Set up was almost instantaneous and getting my site (and four subdomains) up and running has been problem free. (Even installing my CGI scripts was a piece of cake!)
Several questions sent to support have been answered VERY promptly and completely.
I particulary like having the ability to set up ftp subaccounts for each of my subdomains, and having a cgi-bin for each of these subdomains (something which was not possible on my former host's server).
At this price, with what you get and the high level of support ICD Soft has to be one of the best hosting deals possible.
