ICDSoft certainly gives you a lot for your money. However, they appear to be a company that is still getting started. This is a good thing in the long run, but not as good right now.
The major issue I have is that the login to the control panel is not encrypted, as far as I can tell. So, if someone were really interested in your site, they could watch your traffic to the server, and steal your login username and password - enabling them full access to modify your site.
Another issue I have with them is their features that are "coming soon." For some of these features, they will give you un-released versions if you ask for them, but if you need it now, you might want to try somewhere else.
The last issue I have is with performance. The company is based in China. So, although they have servers elsewhere, occasionally responses are slow. This is most notable when using a desktop email client to contact the POP servers.
