The trouble ticket system is a dream, with fast, accurate response. This is faster and better than ANY phone support I've used! So many companies seem to use the trouble ticket system to AVOID contact with their customers, so it was a thrill to use a system that actually worked. Everything about the control panel is easy to use and works correctly, another problem area with other hosting services. I've moved a customer site over to their service as well, and the transfer was as seamless as mine. Plus, the plan includes a database, which makes this hosting service one of the best bargains around.
