I signed on with infinology about 6 months ago to host a few of my web sites. what a mistake. sites are out on a regular basis, e-mail is out or not avaliable and slow most of the time. When there is a problem it never shows up on their site. and when they finally respont they seeem to be PO at you for complaining. (sometimes they just ignore you) Phones are hardly ever answered and when they are the personal are nasty and unhelpful. All the fluf that they promise on there web-site is pure BS. I'm now in the process of relocating my sites. In my opinion they are the worst. I have used budget services that had better service and at a much lower cost.
