| Plan used: I had signed up with PrimeMaster. One week later they were bought out by Infinology. I would actually rate everything about them as a minus...if you could go farther down the rating scale! |

DON'T COME NEAR THESE PEOPLE! Their support department is clueless, you cannot reach a general manager or CEO to complain. I was told "We like your money, but your problems are not important to us!" My last attempt for support was on August 23, 2002 it is not September 27, 2002 and I still have not gotten my problems resolved...again! I am going elsewhere before my ulcer medicine costs me more than my hosting.
