I decided to quit this service in December 2002 because of very dissappointing support. Quitting has not been easy as I have talked with 3 different people (all of who said they would handle it) and sent e-mails. They are still trying to charge my credit card and my account is still active 10 days later. Calls left on phone mail are not returned and sometimes the phone mailbox is "full". I thought tech support was weak here ... sales and account support is even worse. Finally had to notify the fraud department of my bank regarding these attempted charges.
