I started off with off with HostAmerica who were evenutally bought out by Interland. I'm in the process of moving all 6 of my domains to another hosting service for several reasons: 1. Lack of willingness to support anything not covered in their FAQs 2. Slow to respond 3. Out of date software (PHP, MySQL) 4. Cost - you don't get what you pay for. 5. 98% of customer support simply do not care about you as a customer 6. Lack of a decent site control panel
