We were orginally with HostPro and had no complaints. When Interland merged they grandfathered all Host Pro accounts. Now we can not add new software or do any updates to our server. We then inquired about moving to one of their packages but they would not offer what we currently had and told us we would just have to fit into one of their current plans. Makes you feel like a square peg being shoved into a round hole. We have not changed plans and are currently looking for new provider who will be more accommadating. As for customer service if you use the ticket system you may hear back in 3 - 4 days. If you sit on hold for an hour and then beg and plead with a customer service representative(sometimes more than one call) you can get the problem fixed. Most frustrating part is that our service resides in Los Angeles and the customer service reps have no access to it.
