When they were icom.com the site host was great. never a problem in 2.5 years. then they became Interliant, and i've had numerous problems with emails and site disappearing and when I have simple questions, i have to fill out a stupid ticket that never gets a response and can't even manage my own pointers etc. from a control panel that really doesn't work. I'm quite dissapointed with them since spring 2002, and am looking for a new host. One that might answer emails with a REAL PERSON !
