I have been with jumpline for over a year now. At first, I had no problems, not a whole lot of down time, and phone tech support. Then, my email would be down every other day, and on the "other" day, my site would be down! I was on the phone with them almost every week asking what the hell was goping on. Now, they have deleted half of my site, and it had reverted to a version from DECEMBER!!! No more phone tech support, no email response to my neumerous requests for help. I sell retail on the web and this had impacted my business in a terrible way. People are ordering things from me that have been out of stock for months. I am also not getting emails anymore, I guess that my email is down yet again. BOTTOM LINE>>>>Jumpline has screwed up my business for the last 2 MONTHS!! The upgrade was not executed well, and as a result, I belive that Jumpline will be having big problems of their own. I am jumping off of the boat, and far way from jumpline! Don't fix it if it isn't broken!!
