This company is run by 2 guys that have no clue how to resale websites. After signing up and giving my paypal information and being charged the next screen was blank. Not even a conformation that the account was being charged, or even if it went through. Then after a while I get an email with login information to access and control my site, so I thought at least. Most the time you cant even log in, and the worst part is that they gave me control over someone else's website. It’s almost a month later and i still have someone else's site and don’t even have control of mine yet. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very strange. This client appears to have signed up right after a major upgrade to our new servers and new control panel system which could have caused a glitch but would have been immediately resolved had the customer submitted a support ticket. This is by far the exception to the rule as we have many satisfied clients with an extremely low cancellation rate. :-)

I was impressed with the options package and price but after two weeks with this host am switching because they are down all the time. It's not reliable enough for even a small business. I'll change my mind if they ever get reliable. They were down over 20% of the time during the 3 day period I measured.
Customer service was responsive via their web interface but there is no way to reach them by phone.

Our services have been top notch for months and months. Unfortunately a major upgrade in March cause major headaches. We have scrapped that system and are using a much more stable and efficient system now with more disk space and bandwidth on most of our accounts. It's definately worth another look.

They have a ton of features for the money, their services are easy to use and they responed to my questions fast. I recommend Just5BucksHosting.com to all my clients.
