Should have been suspicious when all enquiries to all departments were answered by "Kevin". Front Page Extentions didn't work. After the first few e-mails, they (he?) completely stopped responding.

As VP of sales, I surely would have been more than happy to field your complaint. But, alas, I received no such call. For the record, "Kevin's" primary job is to create new accounts and makes sure every order gets set up properly. When he is comfortable with the set up only then does he turn responsibly over to KRP's technical support group. His role is critical to our success from a service perspective. As I understand it, you asked KRP to change your account info and or domain name FOUR times! Customers like you, my friend, we don't want. No company does. If you have a legitimate complaint and wish to talk to someone who can actually do something about it (as opposed to whining on message boards) call me. The number is 888-432-9375.

Simply outstanding. Everything about this company deserves praise. Customer Service is amazing and prompt, and my site has never (to my knowledge) been down. I've enjoyed doing business with them and will continue to do so in the future. My only request would be the integration of MySQL. Thanks KRP.

There's only one problem, since KRP is hosted under Win 2000 many (unix) CGI scripts wouldn't work.
It would've been a perfect 10 if it was running under Unix.

I called the toll free number and it's disconnected. I called the main number and it just rings. Thank goodness i didn't do a site with them.
