When I first signed up with LFC, I was greeted by my personal tech support rep and the VP of the company. Thought that was really pretty cool.
However, in the months since, I've found tech support is incredibly slow and they truly have no clue how to set up their own mailing lists. It took me 2 months to get someone to work on my list and it was screwed up. He passed it on to someone else and we had to start from scratch. I gave up.
Downtime is ridiculous! My own sites and that of a couple of clients have experienced noticeable downtime. Maybe it's not LFC that's down, but somewhere along the pipeline somebody's screwing up much too often.
If you need nothing fancy and want to host up to 5 domains for cheap and don't care about downtime, this is the way to go.
Be careful, though. You won't just pay what your plan says you'll pay. Exchange rates for those of us in the US (LFC is in Canada) fluctuate and I've ended up paying a few cents more per month than advertised.
