I have never worked with a company that has a lower level of proffesionalism.  The owners/management is rarely available to answer to the large number of issues that have affected my business due to their inability to keep their server up.  Tech support has been helpful with some of my issues and much more responsive than the owners who are never in because they are either out of the country or worked late the prior evening and will not be in until the afternoon, if at all.  These are the same two answeres i continue to get, depending on the day.  Do not waste time leaving messages as they will not be returned by anyone who is capable of making any kind of desicions.  In short i am leaving as fast as possible if I plan on staying in business as they are down to often and make my company look like a small operation thanks to their server issues.  Which by the way they have never said sorry for the problems when I speak with them on the rare occasion that they make it in that day.  I would not reccomend LFC unless reliability is not an issue.  Also notice that their current up time is not on the rating, you may want to check their most current.  I have been down over twenty minutes at a time on numerouse occasions.
