|Overcharged credit card, told me it would be reversed 4 times, never did - had to get my bank to stop them from charging.|
Support e-mails go un-replied.
All my inbound e-mail has been getting lost for 3 days - so any e-mail my clients are sending me is lost.
They make fake reasons for problems if you ever do get a response.
I have hosted with about 8 different hosts, and they are far and away the worst.
Had to change hosts in order to get any inbound e-mail since they were unable to resolve after 72 hours of downtime.
