|What can I say? After the fiasco with featureprice.com, netnation was my salvation. I've hosted a high-traffic commercial site with netnation for over a year, and have been down a total of 15 minutes. I don't know anyone who can claim that kind of uptime. It helps that netnation owns their own servers. |
Tech support is responsive and problems are resolved quickly. I had reservations about virtual hosting, but really, the proof is in the pudding. I have since moved several clients to the netnation servers.
My only beef is the high overage charges for bandwidth. But hey, if I'm doing $60,000 a month in sales, I don't mind paying an extra $10-$15 if it means that the site is always up and running.
