I have never seen such a mess of a company in my life. I don't know if it is from growing pains or just lack of pay for the employees.
Originally I very much liked NMF. Most recently their tech support and service has become non-existant.
I have read all of the posting here and can say I can see myself in each one.
I don't remember anyone mentioning that NMF actually stopped answering the phones for three weeks.
According to Sam ? at NMF customer service, "oh yea we can answer the phones now"
