By some glitch in their system, my e-commerce website has been dropped from the Internet. I contacted them 3 days ago, and they will NOT respond! I have been calling their tech support, billing and customer service phone numbers for the past 3 days, and no one is picking up their phones!! I emailed them a 3 tech support emails, following their directions, and they keep deleting my inquiries! Meanwhile, my site is down, and my customers cannot reach me! I am thoroughly upset with this company, especially since they bill themselves as a top-customer support company!! After almost 2 years with this company, and what I thought would have been more professional treatment, I am switching my web host provider today.
