If you own a business, steer clear of this host. They are inadequate even for a small business. Several times over the past couple years I have been with this host, we have had technical issues related to server administration problems on their side. We only host a site here and use the POP email servers. Using ONLY these services, our site has gone down repeatedly, or email has dropped periodically, and worst of all... each time something goes wrong, they do not respond in a timely manner. You can expect at least a 24 hour downtime in any incident with these guys.
The latest horror story, which prompted me to write this, surrounds a lock file on one of our email accounts on their POP server. There is a lock file preventing one of my employees from checking her mail. She can't check it from Eudora or any other client app. After 3 days of waiting for a response from these inept technicians, the final result is the following email from one of their "support" people:
"Hi, I was able to configure the mail account cmgualtiere@humachieve.com in Outlook Express and it worked fine. I was also able to access the account through web-mail. So this is certainly not a server side issue. This has some thing to do with the Eudora settings on the customer side. So please check the settings in Eudora. As it is a third party software, we would not be able to assist you with the issue any more.

Now, I went to mail2web (a web based POP client) and attempted to access this email account from there. SAME ERROR.
So... this "support" guy basially lied to get out of doing work. This is typical behavior of this company, and I would avoid them at all costs if you want your service to be up for any reasonable time.

After years of searching, I've finally found a host I feel good about reselling. They have robust features, a great variety of plans, responsive support, and reasonable pricing. The servers are a little slow from time to time, but I've had no noticeable problems with downtime.

I have had my site on One On OneInternet for 18 months. I have had no problems with down-time, billing, nor speed. My web site is a simple site with few visitors. The tech support is by email and, for me, took up to 2 days for a response. Once I did get a response, the support was good.

I had some trouble getting my Front Page site to upload and the folks in customer service worked with me diligently until I got it working. They even sent me a note of congratulations. Also, their first month of hosting is only $1, you get a static IP address, very ample transfer and storage space and I am able to park domains free. So far, I am very impressed. The only thing they're missing is a toll-free support line, in my opinion. They're being rated by this site for uptime etc. and I am anxious to see the results.
