I have recently moved over to this server, all things considered, it's a very good value! Support is online only, their forum gets quicker response then direct emails seem to, but both have reasonably good response time.
Email and load times are good Reseller controls are very good, much more advanced then most of the others, allowing you to set up accounts how you want to.
I did have one very serious problem with them shortly after signing up, was never totally satisfied with the answers or lack of that I received, but I am going on the hopes that even if they won't actually admit any fault, they at least are aware of the problem, and hopefully won't do it again.
All in all, I am mostly satisfied, but going to be wary until I have some more history with this company.
