Seemingly incapable of keeping a server working properly for more than a few weeks, PWS lurch from crisis to disaster with monotonous regularity.

Their insistence on using forums as a method of providing what they fondly believe is customer support continues, most customers will have long since given up and gone elsewhere long before they have completed the hoop jumping necessary to access the part of the labyrinthine forum where it's faintly possible they might get some help!

This shambles (I wouldn't dignify it with the title 'company') is a resellers worst nightmare.
If you want to loose most of your clients because the server's down AGAIN, and you can't find out what's wrong because PWS aren't talking to anybody, this is THE provider for you...

And as for explanations! These guys ought to be writing pulp fiction, I have never heard such childish lies in my life: 'men in black' confiscating their server HDs without warrant or receipt is just one of their little fantasy numbers concocted to BS their way out of trouble...

Currently I have serious problems with one of their servers and have been unable to raise a reply for over 50 hours. Which is about par for the course.

Used to be cheap,though no longer; not cheerful, and in this case you DON'T get what you pay for...
