I am webmaster of the current site an organization has on readyhosting. I find the speed, etc to be pretty good, but am not as impressed with how they handle support issues. As I was researching hosting plans for a new website, I tried to go to the readyhosting site tonight. They are having server problems and I was unable to connect. I checked the website I am responsible for, and it can not be located. I called readyhosting; the message stated that the office was closed for the weekend and if I have a service issue, I need to contact the support staff through the website, which is impossible at this time. As there is no way to leave a message, I do not even know if they are aware they are having server issues.
