Worthless support: they are unable to grasp the problem after detailed explanations.  Answers might come fast but not the answers you might have asked for. Was told by Sales Supervisor that "Any further emails regarding this issue will be deleted immediately and not acknowledged." Of course phone calls are impossible. STAY AWAY
