The e-mail server reliability is a joke. It is reseting several times a day. The web server is slightly better. But my complaint is about the tech support. You get to a point when you realize it is of no use to open tickets. The "technicians" just ignore what you write. For example, "it is 12:00 on 4/2/2003 and my site is down" and they answer "I just checked and your site is up and running and I see no problems". Bloody hello, of course, becuase it is already one day later!! But why the server has so many peaks when it doesn't respond for half an hour? 99$ is even expensive for what you get.
