Considering we only paid about $8 per month, the service level was about adequate. There has been trouble with downtime and support that was very helpful. The breaking factor was the email. We often had trouble attaching files to emails and just sending/receiving in general. Since our new sites are using .Net we absolutely had to leave. I'm now looking a new .Net host and the first one I selected has been frustrating so tar (two months).
