Making changes to the account was very difficult. Their online help system is terrible. ....so, I called. I work in the customer service department of a web company. I would be fired if I talked to customers the way that Amber at ReadyHosting talked to me. They would NOT refund my money. I will dispute the charges with the credit card company.
